Popsicles are certainly one of life’s most underrated treats, along with a true rosé. These popsicles are pretty much a limeade in frozen form and sprinkled with a few edible flowers. They’ll make the perfect addition to a glass of proseco or the final treat to a spring brunch.
Floral Infused Popsicle Recipe
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
In a saucepan combine water, lime juice and sugar; bring to medium heat and stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
Allow mixture to cool completely.
Drop lime rounds and edible flowers into popsicle mold and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Allow popsicles to thaw slightly so that they can be removed from popsicle mold, and enjoy!
