Sage Cocktail

You guys are probably already aware of my love for herb infused cocktails. These unique cocktails are always a pleasant surprise for guests who rarely step out or their cocktail box.

For this Honey Sage Whiskey Elixir, you’ll start by muddling 2-3 sage leaves with 1 tablespoon simple syrup in a short glass. Next, add ice to the glass. I’ve chosen an extra large sized single ice cube for this drink. I like the visual impact of one giant ice cube, plus these cubes keep your drinks cooler longer! Next add 1.5 oz of honey infused whiskey and top with lemon flavored soda water. For a sweeter version top with lemon lime soda.
