With the new year right around the corner we thought a low calorie cocktail was in order. This low calorie spritzer recipe is light and refreshing & easy on the waistline. Start by filling a shaker with ice, add 1 oz Absolut Brooklyn vodka ( this is an apple & ginger flavored vodka ), next add .5 oz of ginger schnapps, stir until liquors are mixed and chilled then pour into a martini glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a your favorite apple slices.
