Lox and Cream Cheese Brunch Galette Recipe
Ingredients : 1 roll refrigerator puff pastry plain cream cheese lox ( aka smoked salmon ) green onions baking potatoes sliced thinly capers dill and lemon for garnishing Instructions : Step 1 – On parchment paper roll out refrigerator puff pastry cut into 6 squares using a knife or pizza cutter Step 2 – Spread a small dollop of plain cream cheese at the center of each square and place a slice of potato on top of the cream cheese Step 3 – Fold the edges of puff pastry to enclose the potato and cream cheese Step 4 – Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until golden brown, allow to cool Step 5 – Spread a small dollop of plain cream cheese at the center on top of the potato slice Step 6 – Roll a thin slice of lox and layer on top of cream cheese Step 7 – Place green onions, capers and a sprig of dill to garnish the mini galette Step 8 – Serve and enjoy!
