Next week when you’re scrambling around trying to find a dessert recipe for post turkey dinner, try making this spiced and spiked eggnog recipe instead of traditional pie. The nice thing about this recipe is that it doesn’t actually have any eggs in it. I’ve always been a tad bit grossed out by egg nog ( anyone else relate to this sentiment? ). Spiced and Spiked Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients: ( Serves 4 )
2 cups Silk Almondmilk
2 cups Silkin Tofu
1 teaspoon Allspice
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Honey
6 oz Honey Bourbon
Allspice for garnishing
In a blender combine tofu, Silk, honey, all spice and vanilla
Blend until smooth.
Chill for 2-4 hours.
Stir in bourbon, pour into 4 glasses
Garnish with a sprinkle of all spice
