A perfectly inflated balloon will still flex when poked and prodded. You’ll notice with the overinflated balloon below, that the neck of the balloon bulges and creates a disfigured balloon.

Underinflation: Underinflation just makes for a sad balloon. Balloons that are under inflated won’t likely last the duration of your party and will sadly float to the ground. womp, womp, womp. You’ll notice that the top of the under inflated balloon loots squat and disfigured too.

A perfectly inflated balloon: A perfectly inflated balloons is round, with a slight oblong curve at the neck of the balloon. The text is all legible and even, and the balloon looks nice and round! This is how a balloon should look when it’s fully inflated.
