Have you ever found yourself with unexpected guests?!? They are my favorite. But, sometimes it’s like; Ack! gotta clean the house, whip together a bite and find something boozy to serve. Well, this 5 minute hummus is your answer gal. It’s really tasty, and you’ll likely find all of ingredients in your pantry. This is also a great chance to use up any extra veggies you’ve got too!

5 Minute Hummus Recipe

Ingredients:

14 oz can of chickpeas, drained

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

paprika for garnishing

 

Instructions: 

In a food processor combine; chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Blend until texture is smooth and desirable.

Plate hummus and garnish with olive oil and paprika
