Today I wanted to share my on of my favorite drink recipes. It’s my take on a mimosa and I like to call it a blood orange prosecco. I love how simple and delicious it is and it’s perfect to serve at anything from a girls get together to a Mother’s Day brunch.
Blood Orange Cocktail with Prosecco
All you need is a bottle of your favorite prosecco (or champagne, whichever you prefer) and a good quality blood orange sorbet.
Place about two scoops of the blood orange sorbet into champagne flutes (or larger pilsner glasses like I did because I love this drink!) then top it off with some bubbly and enjoy!
