When you see a bold purple, green, and gold color scheme, what comes to mind? Mardi Gras, of course! Mardi Gras is all about carnival and celebration, and some people absolutely love to throw huge parties for it. While this party isn’t huge, it sure does have inspiring details. Mardi Gras is often over-the-top, and that’s exactly what this party stylist went for, without overdoing it. The focal point of the party, a decked out mantle, uses a colorful tassle garland, masks, and other gold, purple, and green details to highlight the space.

The simple, yet perfectly matching, table setting utilizes a white table runner, gold painted mason jars, and mardi gras beads. The table setting is my absolute favorite part! You can buy gold mason jars, but you can also make them yourself. Simply paint the inside of each jar gold to achieve the same creative look. Use a big bottle as a focal point for the table, and add gold shimmering tassels to add flair to this party. The addition of large beads, dolls, and beverage holders ties it all together for the perfect carnival celebration.
