Recently I’ve been drawn to the light and bright pairing of light pink and gold. I decided my birthday was a perfect opportunity to have a pink & gold party. I knew I wanted the table of treats to be a focal point and when I stumbled on The Flair Exchange etsy, I knew I wanted a garland to tie everything together. I chose a more neutral garland so I could easily transition it into my bedroom decor after the party. I had a great time gathering decor and planning this party. I plan a lot of parties for friends but rarely for myself, it was fun to make it my own.

I borrowed the pink glasses from my mom, bought a few new things such as the garland, the pink trays and the pom pom swizzle sticks, but the rest I already had from previous bridal showers and parties. For my birthday my parents surprised me with a set of gold plated silverware that was my grandmothers. I was so surprised and it was perfect timing for my pink and gold party! I went all out and had a gold sequin photo booth, HauteBooth by Erich McVey Photography , and it was such a nice night to enjoy with all my close friends.
