Lucky for you guys, I’m not breaking out my Oktoberfest costume for this post!
I am however offering a simple way to add a little bit of festive flair to your Oktoberfest parties. This DIY Harlequin Oktoberfest Garland takes inspiration from the infamous bavarian, blue & white harlequin pattern. It’s so incredibly simple to make – you could probably get your kids or your dog to help with this one. I really like this bunting because it isn’t overpowering or too busy. It takes the harlequin pattern and blows it up, in an over sized fashion. This garland would be perfect over a mustard & pretzel bar, a beer set up our your front door!

Step 2: Once diamond shapes have been cut out, use a hole punch and punch two holes in the tops of each diamond shape.
Step 3: Using Wraphia thread blue diamonds & white diamonds on separate strands.
Step 4: Hang both garlands so the colors overlap.
