A new year is something to be celebrated! For this years party I strayed away from the traditional colors of black and gold, I went BOLD. I was fortunate to find a gorgeous printable party pack from Piggy Bank Parties that fit with my color story. Not only did this printable pack come at a steal ($5.00) it was filled with every item I needed.
My favorite NYE party decor element is the photo-booth backdrop. I created the fringe backdrop using several shades of mylar. This provided the perfect wall for photo ops. I just love the sparkle!
The adorable New Year’s Eve themed props were also a printable package I ordered from Chela Williams. They were the perfect addition to the back drop I crafted.
We dined on tasty treats, savory and sweet. The delicious cookies were made by Michele from Intrigue design. Our guests enjoyed pear mimosas and cucumber infused water as beverage choices.
When I wrote a contributing article featuring these cupcake liner fortune cookies on Best Friends For Frosting, I knew I’d have to make a few for my event. I wrote fun quotes and lucky numbers on the fortune slips, these were a hit with our guests.
