Are you as shocked as me? I’ve published 2 videos this week! I’m starting to feel a littler better about my ability to pump out really awesome tutorials via you tube. It is just like anything else, the more you practice the better you’ll get!
Outdoor Lantern DIY
This video ended up being a lot longer than my other ones, so I’ve sped up the process just enough to keep the video bearable. Living in FL outdoor entertaining happens just about all year long. While some of you may be packing up your outdoor furniture soon, I’m still enjoying mine. These lanterns are mad with parachute cord. I chose this medium over traditional macramé cord because it is much more durable. If I were creating something that were to stay indoors, I wouldn’t be so concerned with durability. Fortunately parachute cord is available in a wide array of bright neon colors! Follow the simple knotting technique demonstrated in the video and you’ll have the perfect light globe for your evenings outdoors. Macramé is a very forgiving craft, so don’t worry about exact measurements and have some fun!
