You may very well be sick of sweets right about now ( there was some overindulging at our parties this holiday season too ), but this pineapple cake martini is just too good to not share. You’ll start by adding 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka to a shaker filled with ice. Next add 1.5 oz of half & half and 1.5oz of pineapple juice. Shake vigorously then pour into a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
