You can choose up to 8 different colors from our expansive list of 55+ beautiful matte and metallic tissue paper colors. The Tassel Garland Kit assembly takes no longer than the duration of your favorite show & requires no crafty experience. If you're making more than one, invite your girlfriends over to join in on the fun.
