I’ve been scheming to create some jello shooters for a few weeks now, dreaming of what flavors and libations I’d mix together.  It may come as a surprise to you but jello shots are no stranger of mine (he he).

I will insert a caveat here and say that the jello shots I am accustomed to creating are suited for the taste buds of a college student and not the visual acceptance of a classy lady.  Ha ha, I just make myself laugh sometimes.

Seriously though, I want to make these tasty treats pleasing to the eye and not served in a miniature plastic salad dressing cup that was lifted by my bestie from the restaurant she serves tables at.

So my prayers were answered and my sweet and amazing designer friend Michele led me to the promise land of Jelly Shot Test Kitchen.

Gorgeous, I know.  Good news, the author of this blog also has a book that teaches the technique needed to create these beauties.  The book is now on my Christmas list!
