I recently held a tailgating/watch party at my home for the  USF vs Connecticut game.  Although USF didn’t win, we still partied in style.  I’m not a huge football fan but I do enjoy the socialization that occurs at tailgating and viewing parties. I am also a sucker for contests and just couldn’t help myself when I heard about this tailgate throw-down being sponsored by some of my favorite party ladies.  Great Gatherings, Lauren Mckinsey, and she’s knda crafty.

I’ve been scheming to create some jello shooters for a few weeks now, dreaming of what flavors and libations I’d mix together.  It may come as a surprise to you but jello shots are no stranger of mine (he he). I will insert a caveat here and say that the jello shots I am accustomed to creating are suited for the taste buds of a college student and not the visual acceptance of a classy lady.  Ha ha, I just make myself laugh sometimes. Seriously though, I want to make these tasty treats pleasing to the eye and not served in a miniature plastic salad dressing cup that was lifted by my bestie from the restaurant she serves tables at....
