We spent quite a bit of time this week talking about mummy inspired projects, after all Halloween will be here before you know it! If you are wanting to host a mummy inspired halloween party, then you’ve come to the right place. Two of our projects really lean on gauze as a critical medium for crafting. The wrapped vase & balloon fringe are both made out of guaze! The balloon fringe requires just a little bit of scissor work & then it’s ready to be tied to a balloon. It’d be the perfect addition to your Halloween photo booth. The vase on the other hand requires just a little more attention. We used food coloring and dip dyed the gauze for a gorgeous watercolor effect. You could use any color, but I really love how well the purple worked with these flowers! Lastly, it wouldn’t be a party without a cocktail – so we turned to our friends & a mummy-tini. The colors inside the mason jar are incredibly spooky! We also whipped up the mummy snack – check it out!
