Caprese salad is an Italian gift to cherish. While it is normally eaten with a knife and fork, there is a way to get this tasty dish on a stick. The mozzarella used here is smaller and bite sized, fortunately you can purchase mozzarella in this form at the grocery store. I took large basil leaves and sliced them into strips that I then wrapped around the mozzarella morsels. Each miniature bamboo skewer got a tomato and a basil wrapped mozzarella pearl.
