It’s true, balloons are often poorly inflated! Sometimes they are overinflated and sometimes they are under inflated; and this poor inflation makes for really sad balloons. So, today we thought we’d show you a few examples of balloons that are inflated poorly & one balloon that is inflated perfectly!

Poorly Inflated Balloons

Overinflation: Overinflation of balloon disfigured the balloon and encourages popping! This is the type of improper inflation we see most often. While you certainly want your balloons to last long enough for you event; overinflated balloons make not ever make it to you party if they get nudged and pop! A perfectly inflated balloon will still flex when poked and prodded. You’ll notice with the overinflated balloon below, that the neck of the balloon bulges and creates a disfigured balloon.

Underinflation: Underinflation just makes for a sad balloon. Balloons that are under inflated won’t likely last the duration of your party and will sadly float to the ground. womp, womp, womp. You’ll notice that the top of the under inflated balloon loots squat and disfigured too.

A perfectly inflated balloon: A perfectly inflated balloons is round, with a slight oblong curve at the neck of the balloon. The text is all legible and even, and the balloon looks nice and round! This is how a balloon should look when it’s fully inflated.

* Remember that balloons are not toys and children should not be left unattended with balloons. Adult supervision required. Discard broken balloons at once. Keep uninflected balloons from children.
