I’ve been scheming to create some jello shooters for a few weeks now, dreaming of what flavors and libations I’d mix together. It may come as a surprise to you but jello shots are no stranger of mine (he he). I will insert a caveat here and say that the jello shots I am accustomed to creating are suited for the taste buds of a college student and not the visual acceptance of a classy lady. Ha ha, I just make myself laugh sometimes. The fourth of July holiday is very special to me as most of them have been spent on balmy summer nights with cocktails and dear friends. We celebrate the comfort of being in such a fortunate place.
